Weight Loss/Fitness Plans
The Weight Loss/Fitness stream is for those athletes and fitness oriented individuals who aren't necessarily concerned with racing and results, but just want to become a healthier, stronger person. You would choose this stream if you are involved casually in running, cycling or triathlon, and use your sport of choice simply as a means to a healthier lifestyle. IMFIT will provide you with a structured monthly plan, based on your test results, to help you get the most out of your training and participation. A program will be emailed to you at the beginning of each month, based on updates you have provided regarding accomplishments in the prior month. You will be allowed unlimited email access for monitoring of the program, and have access to the coach for private, one on one training sessions for an additional fee.
